Terms of Service

Revision of 2026-08-18

auth.my is an authentication service. It lets you sign in to third-party sites and applications with a single account, without creating a separate password for each of them. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Who operates the service

The service is provided by USSV LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 US. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Your account

An account is created on your first confirmed sign-in. There are no passwords in the service: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your mail, with a passkey, or through an external provider — Google or Microsoft.

You are responsible for access to your mail and to the devices where your passkeys are kept. Whoever gets access to your mail will be able to sign in to your account, so we strongly recommend issuing backup codes and adding a passkey.

One account is meant for one person. Passing your access to other people is not allowed.

3. Connected sites

Signing in to a third-party site happens only after your explicit consent, which lists what data the site will receive. You can withdraw that consent at any time in the "Connected sites" section; after that the site can no longer use your account to sign you in.

We are not responsible for how a connected site handles the data it receives: its relationship with you is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. The name and the logo shown on the consent screen are supplied by the site's owner; if the site's domain is not verified, we say so plainly on that screen.

4. Obligations of site owners

By connecting a site to auth.my you undertake:

  • not to pass your application off as somebody else's — by name, logo or domain;
  • to request only the data you genuinely need;
  • to keep the client secret secret and not hand it to third parties;
  • to have your own terms of service and privacy policy;
  • not to use the service for bulk mailing, for collecting data without consent, or for circumventing restrictions.

We may suspend or delete an application that breaks these rules without prior notice if waiting would put users at risk.

5. What is forbidden

  • Attempts to get into other people's accounts.
  • Automated guessing of codes and mass creation of accounts.
  • Load that interferes with the service for others.
  • Circumventing technical limits and probing for vulnerabilities without prior agreement.

If you have found a vulnerability, write to [email protected]. We will look into it and will not pursue anyone for a good-faith report.

6. Availability and stage of development

Careful

The service is under active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and we reserve the right to change how it works. Do not make auth.my the only way you can reach systems that are critical to you until you are satisfied that it suits you.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. We may restrict access to an account if these terms are broken or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect it has been compromised — in the latter case we aim to return access to its rightful owner.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service.

This does not limit our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will give notice of material changes to the email address attached to your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are to be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country provide otherwise.
